In general, yes. For a number of reasons, Nuance, the maker of NaturallySpeaking, has arranged that non-medical versions become essentially inoperable when working in most common EMRs. However, you may feel free to use Dragon to command you PC or Mac (with additional software) to do anything you could with a normal keyboard an mouse.
