If you try to open your User File in Dragon Medical 10 but it does not open and you see an error message that includes "SDAPI Error" or “Internal Recognizer Error” your User File may be corrupt.
1. If your User File does not open but Dragon Medical 10 does launch successfully follow this procedure: a. On the DragonBar select Dragon > Manage Users b. In the Manage User Dialog Box select your User Name and click the Advanced Button c. Then Click Restore d. It may take several seconds before you see the message “The user files were restored to ‘your user name-Restored” e. Click OK f. You will now see that Dragon has added a new user ‘your user name-Restored” g. Close the Manage Users Dialog Box h. On the DragonBar select Dragon > Open User Open the User ‘your user name-Restored”
Your User File should open successfully.
